Cost:	$80.00 per hour *

One Hour - $80 Half Hour - $40

We can help you develop a nutritional program in person or by phone, depending on your location.  We will send you an form to collect information about you, which you can complete and FAX or mail back to us. Once we receive your completed form, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to visit or call us for your personal consultation. Our fee is $80 per hour, plus any products purchased.
