How to Take Supplements
- For maximum results, food supplements should be taken three
times a day, with meals.
- A glass of juice or four bites of food can constitute a
"meal".
- If it has been more than 20 minutes since you finished your
meal, dont take your supplements. Wait until you have a snack and then take them.
- If you skip breakfast, take the supplements at lunch,
dinner, and bedtime. Or make up your own times when you take them with food.
- If you happen to forget a dose, do not double up the next
time. Wait a couple of hours and take the missing dose with a snack.
- When swallowing the light gelatin capsules, look down at the
floor as you swallow, and they will go down easily.
- When swallowing the heavier vitamin tablets, drop your head
back as you swallow to aid gravity.
- Do not swallow your supplements in a hurry. Take your time,
and your throat will be more relaxed.
