Pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, is required for numerous bodily functions. Pantothenic acid is a strong antioxidant that is found everywhere in the body. Pantothenic acid is beneficial for the nervous system, adrenal gland function, production of energy and glandular balance.

Pantothenic acid helps maintain normal growth and tissue repair, builds red blood cells and produces steroid hormones, neurotransmitters and acetylcholine, a nerve-transmitting chemical. It is also involved in the manufacturing of antibodies that are necessary for proper immune system function, helping fight against infections.

Pantothenic acid is known to reduce stress on the body and help keep skin looking healthy. In addition, pantothenic acid is necessary for digestive function and the production of bile.

    Ingredients
Pantothenic acid is naturally found in food sources such as liver, salmon, wheat bran, brown rice, lentils, beans, corn, sweet potatoes and eggs. Each capsule of Pantothenic Acid provides 250 mg of vitamin B5.

    Recommendations
Take one capsule daily with a meal.
